Elder Orville Andrew Segree was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and later relocated with his family to Lakes Pen, Spanish Town in St. Catherine. In 1976, he was baptized in the name of Jesus at Rehoboth Apostolic Lakes Pen under the leadership of the late Bishop S. A. Bailey, where he was also filled with the Holy Ghost.

In the early 1980s, he migrated to Canada with his mother and two younger siblings. While he continued to excel in athletics during his years in Toronto, his calling to praise and worship remained evident and ordained by God.

Elder Segree has been married for 36 years to his wife, Alcia Segree. Together, they have three children—Brandon, Bomario, and Bianca—all of whom have been baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost. Their family also includes a daughter-in-law, Tiffany Thomas Segree, daughter of Bishop Everton Thomas, Prelate of Emmanuel Churches.

Known for his deep passion for souls, Elder Segree is committed to seeing lives transformed and individuals filled with the Holy Ghost.

In 1998, he relocated to Florida and has faithfully served EAC Miramar under Pastor Bishop Ernest MacDonald and Pastor Ivette MacDonald for more than 22 years.
